Your happiness is Important to us. Whilst we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order for any items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Please note that, due to banking and payment processing times, refunds may take between 3–5 working days to appear in your account.

We will then provide you with a returns reference number, which must be included inside your parcel when returning the item(s).
Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, all food items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund. Please note that, due to banking and payment processing times, refunds may take between 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
If the return is due to:
An error made by us, or
A fault or defect with the goods received
we will refund both:
The original delivery charge (if applicable), and
Your reasonable return postage costs
Please retain proof of postage costs when returning items.
In all other circumstances, unless otherwise agreed by Stateside Treat Emporium, you will be responsible for any return delivery charges incurred.
