Your happiness is Important to us. Whilst we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order for any items which you have purchased from the website up to 14 days after you have received your order.
If we have not yet dispatched the goods we will cancel your order and repay your funds (Please note that due to payment clearing process refunds can take between 3 and 5 days to show in your account.

Please include your order number and reason for cancelling within the email.
To return goods which you have received please email email@example.com quoting your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a returns reference which must be included within your parcel upon return.
Items must be returned within 28 days of you receiving your goods. Please note for hygiene reasons food items should be returned in their unopened original packaging. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received your goods we will credit you with the value of the returned goods. Please note that due to payment clearing process refunds can take between 3 and 5 days to show in your account.
If a return is because of an error made by us or because of a defection in the goods which you have purchased we will refund the delivery charge in sending the goods to you as well as your cost in returning the items to us. Please retain evidence of the cost of postage. In all other cases, unless otherwise agreed by Stateside Treat Emporium you will be responsible to cover any delivery charges incurred.
To return an item please send it to the below address. Please ensure that you include the returns reference which we have provided you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
